Billing
We charge your card on the same day every month. Easy as that. Just sit back and enjoy your facial.
Miniumum Membership
To ensure you see the full benefits of regular services, we require a minimum of a three month membership. After that, it’s month-to-month and can be canceled at anytime by asking the esthetician or sending an email to bethany@spyglassbeauty.com.
auto-renew
Your membership will auto-renew every month until you request to be removed from the membership program.
upgrade your membership level
At any point you can upgrade or downgrade your membership level at no charge.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Membership is for a minimum 3-month period. The membership will auto-renew after the initial 3 months.
After the initial 3-month membership period you can cancel at any time with a 30 day notice in writing.
Member must abide by spa cancellation policy. Missed appointments and not using a month’s credit does not constitute a refund. No refunds will be given for any remaining unused sessions.
Membership benefits available with contract only.
Membership discounts cannot be combined with any additional offers.
Gratuities are not included in membership pricing and much appreciated. Our recommended standard gratuity is 18%-20% of the full service fee.
Service Upgrade: your monthly credit will be applied towards your upgraded service and you pay the difference at the time of checkout. Only one credit may be used towards each service.
Memberships and its perks cannot be shared with another person, unless otherwise noted.
